Sol has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from York University, in Toronto, Canada. Sol then went to Missouri in the USA to complete his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology.
Sol has been a practicing counselling since 2008. He has worked in both clinical and educational settings and has experience counselling persons with various life challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship, trauma, school or work challenges. Sol can relate to those who have sustained a Motor Vehicle Accident; is able to assist Veterans; and people living with a chronic disability.
Originally from Toronto, Sol moved the Ottawa Valley to be closer to nature and all the great outdoors has to offer. In the winter you can find Sol snowshoeing and downhill skiing. In the summer you can find him more active going hiking, camping, swimming, and canoeing. Sol is also an avid lifelong equestrian, believing in and enjoying the therapeutic benefits horses have to offer.
