Integrated Health Centre offers contactless payments. This helps minimize time spent standing in line to pay and allows us to spend more time with you. This credit card will only pay for your visits with your permission.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and is valuable to both you and your therapist. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up that may require you to cancel or change your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This notice allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to another patient who may be in need of care.

By providing sufficient notice, you help us maintain a smooth flow of appointments and ensure that all patients have equal access to our services. Unfortunately, when patients cancel or miss their appointments without providing adequate notice, it creates a gap in the therapist's schedule that could have been filled by another patient. This not only disrupts the therapist's workflow but also prevents other patients from receiving timely care.

To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our practice, we have implemented a cancellation policy. Patients who provide less than 48 hours' notice, or miss their appointment altogether, will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee serves as compensation for the reserved time that was not utilized and allows us to continue providing high-quality care to all our patients.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are always willing to consider special situations. If you have a genuine emergency or unavoidable situation that prevents you from providing sufficient notice, please contact our office immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a mutually agreeable solution.
