Ankita brings a wealth of expertise and a holistic touch to the world of physical therapy. After completing the specialized Master’s in Cardiopulmonary and Intensive Care in 2020, Ankita has spent the last five years helping patients navigate everything from orthopedic recoveries to pediatric developmental goals.
Ankita believes in individualized care, often blending traditional manual therapy with creative techniques like play therapy for children and hydrotherapy for mobility. Ankita's goal is to empower clients through education and evidence-based treatment plans that fit their specific lifestyle needs.
Outside of Ankita's professional life, Ankita finds inspiration in nature through wildlife photography and painting, and loves exploring the world through travel.
