With a distinguished career initiating in 1987, Siobhán’s journey has taken her from a fitness-class instructor to evolving into a cutting-edge exercise specialist and therapist. She joined the CHEK Institute in 2001, studying the principles of Paul Chek, a world- renowned expert in the fields of corrective and high-performance exercise, stress management, and holistic wellness, Siobhán continues to update and polish her skills in the wellness business, specializing in holistic health practices. Her expertise lies in corrective exercise and wellness coaching; skills developed over decades of dedicated service. In keeping with her philosophy that life should be explored and enjoyed, when not helping others, Siobhán loves to spend time in nature enjoying the birds, squirrels, ducks, and deer that frequent her back garden. She loves to travel, is an avid reader, and loves growing vegetables, even if her success rate isn’t the best.
